Every Activyz product is printed and made to order — production starts when you order, so your item is made just for you. Here’s what to expect from checkout to doorstep.

Shipping rates (United States)

  • Orders $50 and over — FREE standard shipping (calculated after discounts, before tax).
  • Orders under $50 — flat $5.99 standard shipping.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available yet — join our newsletter to hear when that changes.

Timeline

  • Production: 2–7 business days. Each item is printed, quality-checked, and packed to order. Apparel typically ships in 2–5 business days; home goods (blankets, ornaments, doormats) can take a little longer.
  • Delivery: 3–8 business days after production, depending on your location.
  • Total: most orders arrive within 5–15 business days of purchase. During peak holiday season, add a few days and order early — we post seasonal order-by dates in the site banner.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves production. You can also check status anytime under Track order. Items in the same order may occasionally ship in separate packages (different production facilities) — you’ll get tracking for each, at no extra cost.

Address changes

Because orders enter production quickly, we can only change a shipping address within a short window after purchase. Spot a mistake? Email [email protected] right away with your order number and we’ll do our best to catch it.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking hasn’t moved for 7+ days or a delivered package never arrived, contact [email protected] — we’ll investigate with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund where the package is confirmed lost.
