Welcome to Activyz. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of activyz.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Activyz is a print-on-demand brand offering original apparel, gifts, and home goods, produced to order in the United States. This store is operated by Activyz LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (“Activyz”, “we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].

2. Made-to-order products

Every Activyz product is produced individually after you place your order — we do not hold pre-printed stock. This is why production takes a few business days before shipping (see our Shipping page) and why our Returns policy differs from stores that sell off-the-shelf goods. Product images are illustrations of the final product; minor variations in color and print placement are a normal part of on-demand production.

3. Ordering and payment

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payment is due at the time of order and is processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal).
  • Your order is an offer to purchase; we accept it when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to produce — if we cancel, you receive a full refund.
  • Please double-check your shipping address and product options (size, color) before submitting — because items go into production quickly, we can only change or cancel an order within a short window after purchase. Contact [email protected] immediately if you notice a mistake.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Production and delivery timelines, shipping rates, and our free-shipping threshold are described on the Shipping page, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; we are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will always help you track down a package.

5. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Our full policy is on the Returns page, which forms part of these Terms. In short: if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you at no cost. Because products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection — please use the Size guide before ordering.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, product photography, text, and branding on the Site are owned by or licensed to Activyz and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission. Purchasing a product grants you ownership of the physical item, not the underlying artwork.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to breach its security, scraping content at scale, placing fraudulent orders, or infringing others’ rights. We may suspend access or cancel orders that violate this section.

8. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a product review, photo, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it in connection with our store and marketing. You are responsible for the content you submit; we may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or unrelated to the product.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This does not affect the product guarantees described in Section 5 or rights you have under applicable consumer law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase or use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem, contact [email protected] first — we resolve almost everything quickly and informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to proceed in your home jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date at the top of this page.
