Made to Order: How Every Activyz Piece Comes to Life

When you order from a typical online store, someone walks to a shelf, picks up a box, and mails it. When you order from Activyz, something different happens: your item doesn’t exist yet. Here’s the journey from your click to your doorstep — and why we chose to do it this way.

Step 1: You order, we start the presses

The moment your order lands, it’s routed to one of our production partners in the United States — real facilities with industrial printers, embroidery machines, and people who quality-check every piece. Your specific item, in your specific size and color, enters the production queue within hours.

Step 2: Printed, checked, packed — 2 to 7 business days

Apparel is usually ready in 2–5 business days; home goods like blankets, ornaments, and doormats can take a little longer because of the materials involved. Each piece is inspected before it’s packed — misprints get caught here, not at your door.

Step 3: Shipped to you — free over $50

Once packed, your order ships with tracking (you’ll get the link by email). Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, and shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Most orders arrive within two weeks of purchase, and often sooner.

Why made-to-order is better

• Zero overstock, zero landfill. Fast fashion produces mountains of unsold inventory. We produce exactly what people actually want — one order at a time.
• More designs, more often. Because we don’t need to gamble on warehouse stock, our designers can take creative risks. That’s why you’ll find new drops weekly and full seasonal collections for Halloween, Christmas, and beyond.
• Your size is always “in stock.” Nothing sells out — every size in every design is available every day.

The honest trade-off

Made-to-order means a few days of production before shipping, and it means we can’t accept returns for a size that didn’t fit (a custom-made item can’t be restocked). We offset both honestly: real timelines on every Shipping page, a detailed Size guide so you get it right the first time, and a no-questions replacement if anything arrives damaged or misprinted — see Returns.
